Our Approach

Our Approach

Our approach is grounded in the latest research on effective learning and development

When human emotions are deliberately taken into consideration, learning is more effective and efficient.

The most important creature of all creatures is humans. Humans are humans, and they must be taken as that, otherwise whatever you are building for them won’t work or be effective. Bloom’s idea of Cognitive, Affective, and Psychomotor domains is challenged by the fact that humans do not have their faculties working separately but dependently.

At GHITECH Solutions, learning is human-focused, hence we have human-focused learning (HFL). Human-focused learning is a kind of strategy that puts into consideration humans’ emotions, logic and what their hands could achieve. This strategy is believed to be more effective and efficient and can generate effective and sustainable results.

At GHITECH Solutions, Human-Focused Learning (HFL) is held in high esteem.

Using Interactive Learning Domains (INLED) will make learning more human-focused. The interactive model of learning domain involves the following elements: (The interactive Model of learning Domain was first coined by Ogundolire Henry Feyisayo in 2018 while teaching a group of professionals in e-learning) He borrowed the idea from Bloom’s taxonomy.
